Day 4 (2/9/10)

We got a call from Pastor Rob today, the team is doing good. They have got to meet alot of people down there in Haiti. He keeps sending more pictures to let us see what has been going on.

Please pray for this tiny baby, she was born at 7 months when her mother was killed during the earthquake. She has respatory problems and needs to be sent to a facility specializing in premature babies.

Update on this baby:This child is much at risk, and the hospital is so ill-equipped, that we have brought her and her aunt back to our hotel. We have baby formula and Jackie is an nurse that specializes in infants. We now fully understand the baby's history. Mom survived the earthquake, but was killed in A car crash. The baby, 8 weeks premature, was delivered via C-section from the wreckage. We are trying to coordinate an airlift for the baby to a facility that can meet her needs. The aunt is barren, so this child is a blessing!
